Executive Director

Isaac Kremer is a nationally recognized expert in the Main Street Approach® to commercial district revitalization. He has nearly two decades of experience working with Main Street and historic preservation organizations in Michigan, New York, Texas, Kentucky, and now New Jersey. Kremer secured over $2 million in grants and has leveraged over $150 million of investment. His education and training includes a M.A. in Historic Preservation Planning from Cornell University, and a B.A. in Economics and Management from Albion College in Albion, Michigan. Kremer has had additional training in historic preservation tax credits, historic real estate finance, economic development, community philanthropy, and the ‘How to Turn a Place Around’ training from the Project for Public Spaces.
