Eleni Giannikopoulos, PE

Eleni serves as the client service lead for water/wastewater and municipal clients, working closely with utility directors, elected officials, administrators, city managers, and chief financial officers to review capital improvement plans and develop funding programs tailored to each client’s needs. Eleni works closely with public agencies to ensure successful project milestones are met from inception to completion while securing state funding for low-interest financing through the NJIB and NJTIB. She is involved with large projects which require state and federal permitting, and coordinates task leaders of multiple disciplines to develop a successfully integrated project.
