Erin Law

Erin Law is a partner at McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC with a practice that focuses primarily on public finance, redevelopment, and economic development. She currently represents school boards, municipalities, local authorities, and redevelopment agencies as bond counsel and redevelopment counsel and several libraries as general counsel. Erin has experience in transactions involving public bodies resulting in the financing of a variety of projects throughout New Jersey. She has extensive experience representing borrowers and conduit borrowers participating in the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank Financing Program and other pooled loan programs. Erin was selected to serve on the City of Hoboken’s Rebuild By Design Citizen Advisory Group and is a member of the Board of Trustees of The Waterfront Project.
