Kathleen Foley

Kathleen is a Compliance Investigator with the USEPA performing sampling and evaluations primarily for the water and wastewater programs, typically on-site or from boats and helicopters. She began her federal career as an Agriculture Inspector with USDA APHIS in Customs at the St. Croix airport where she made her connections with EPA. As a charter member of their office Environmental Management System (EMS) Team, she manages the waste reduction program, continually finding ways to repurpose and reuse items and reduce waste generation. She earned her B.S. degree in Biology and Geology from the University of Rochester, where she completed her field studies at the West Indies Laboratory on St. Croix, USVI.
