Maryann Bucci-Carter, PP, AICP has a Master’s in City and Regional Planning and 29-years of diverse experience in private and public practice specializing in the areas of land use planning, redevelopment, affordable housing, mixed-use residential and neighborhood design projects. In professional practice she has focused on improving the quality of life of community residents through strategic design and management involving site planning, redevelopment tools, strategic master planning, and transit-oriented design. The purpose of her work has been to have a positive effect on the physical environment and enhance the quality of life of communities of various scales. Maryann is currently a Project Leader with CME Associates providing municipal planning services throughout New Jersey and an adjunct professor of Urban Planning at the Rutgers University Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy.
