Natasha Encarnacion has worked at the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency for approximately 15 years in various positions. Starting as an intern in the Community Development Department helping to create the New Jersey Housing Resource Center (NJHRC) website, she currently serves as the Assistant Director of Programs in the Single-Family Division. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies from Douglass College/Bloustein School at Rutgers University and a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Camden School of Law. Natasha’s career has focused on affordable housing policy issues as well as the creation and management of affordable housing, foreclosure prevention and consumer lending programs. She also served as a founding board member of the Affordable Housing Professional’s of New Jersey (AHPNJ) non-profit organization.
