Sean works collaboratively with the nation’s most progressive municipal, military and higher education leaders to create and implement innovative solutions. He structures long-term real estate and infrastructure partnership transactions with governments and large institutions to deliver solutions in the areas of water, renewables, housing and utilities. Sean led the financial effort for a $53 million partnership with the Stormwater Authority of Chester, Pennsylvania and led the financial structuring of the $110 million second phase of the Clean Water Partnership with Prince George’s County, Maryland. He graduated from Georgetown University in 2018 with an M.P.S. in Real Estate Finance. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island.
