Joe oversees a wide array of land development projects throughout New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. His 25 plus years of experience in the industry covers a wide range of knowledge and skills including: site design, land development planning, stormwater management, roadway design, water and sanitary sewer design, utility layout, erosion controls, septic design, cost estimating, boundary and topographic surveying, subdivisions, and construction layouts. Joe is a licensed professional engineer in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania; a licensed professional land surveyor and professional planner in New Jersey; a LEED accredited professional; and certified professional in erosion and sediment control. He earned bachelor’s degrees in both Engineering and Land Surveying from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and Fairleigh Dickinson University.
